Protected health information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the licensed providers, pharmacists, and care team members involved in your treatment. Our pharmacy and laboratory partners are bound by business associate agreements that hold them to the same standard.

We share information only as needed to provide your care — with the licensed provider reviewing your intake, the state-licensed pharmacy filling your prescription, and the carriers delivering your medication — or as required by law. Service providers who process data on our behalf may only use it to perform services for us.
