Terms of Service
Acceptance of these terms
These terms of service govern your access to and use of Clinvi's website, patient portal, and telehealth services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Telehealth services
Clinvi connects you with independent, licensed healthcare providers who evaluate your health information and determine, in their sole clinical judgment, whether treatment is appropriate for you. Completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription. Clinvi itself is not a medical provider and does not practice medicine.
Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where our services are available. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current health information — your provider's decisions depend on it — and to keep your account credentials confidential.
Payments and subscriptions
Plan pricing is shown before you subscribe and covers the medical consultation, prescribed medication where approved, and shipping. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your patient portal before the next billing date. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinvi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects the professional obligations of the licensed providers who treat you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the service before they take effect. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@clinvi.com.
